Eastbourne Nordic Walking Group offer;  Pay 5 lessons in advance = £35 and get the sixth one free (Own  poles).

Group  workshop: 1.5. hours,  £ 20 per person, poles provided for the session.

Regular Nordic Walking group in Eastbourne:                  1 -1.5 hours, £7 with own poles, £10 with hire poles. 

Advanced group: 2- 4 hours walking over the Downs £20 with own poles £25 with hire poles. Must have completed the introductory session and be reasonably fit.

Personal training session: £ 40 (+ travel expenses outside Eastbourne) 

Private groups: £ 74 /2 persons, £ 90/ 3 persons, £ 20 per person for groups of 4 or more,  (+ travel expenses if applicable) 

Other rehabilitation sessions: £ 40 per hour (+ travel expenses if applicable)
