Raija is a qualified and registered physiotherapist (HPC , CSP) and certified Nordic Walking instructor (INWA). Raija has been teaching Nordic Walking in the South East since 2004 and continues to run regular sessions for groups and individuals of all fitness levels. Her health care and teaching background gives Raija a unique advantage when teaching people with different abilities, disabilities and demands. Her Finnish  upbringing "on skis" makes Raija a natural Nordic Walker and her enthusiasm ensures that participants will enjoy and come back for more.
